![]() ![]() Participants may sign up at any of the Washington County Free Library's branches and there is no fee to join. Each participant receives a game board on which they log their summer reading activities. To finish the club, you must earn the fifty stars shown on the log by reading for 15 minutes for each star. You may read any book—it’s up to you. You can also earn a sticker by attending a library program. Participants fill in their game board at their own pace, earning prizes for their progress. Those who finish the program by completing the required number of stars earn tickets to and recognition at the August 13th Hagerstown Sun's baseball game as well as a brand new book. For more information, you may call the Children’s Dept. at the Downtown library at 301-791-5169 or at the North Pointe Library (301) 733-8655. We have the resources needed for Students!
